1. Create Ride
- Pickup, Drop, Date, Time.
- Vehicle type (optional).
- Notes.
2. Driver Selection
- Drivers bid.
- Customer selects.
- Driver assigned.
3. Price & Payment
- Total price shown.
- Full payment required.
- Booking confirmed after payment.
4. Booking Confirmation
- Auto confirmation.
- Driver notified.
- Details shared.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy
- Customer Cancellation (Before 24 Hours): 20% will be charged from total bid.
- Customer Cancellation (Within 24 Hours): Full amount will be charged.
- Customers are allowed to cancel before 24 hours of trip start time under above conditions.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 15 working days.
6. No-Show Policy
- Driver No-Show → Full refund or replacement driver.
- Customer No-Show → Full amount charged.
7. Platform Role
- BidtoRide connects customers with independent drivers.
- Drivers are responsible for safety and trip completion.
