Customer Ride Terms & Conditions

Covers ride creation, driver selection, payment, confirmation, cancellation, refunds, no-show handling, and platform responsibility.

English Version

1. Create Ride

  • Pickup, Drop, Date, Time.
  • Vehicle type (optional).
  • Notes.

2. Driver Selection

  • Drivers bid.
  • Customer selects.
  • Driver assigned.

3. Price & Payment

  • Total price shown.
  • Full payment required.
  • Booking confirmed after payment.

4. Booking Confirmation

  • Auto confirmation.
  • Driver notified.
  • Details shared.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Customer Cancellation (Before 24 Hours): 20% will be charged from total bid.
  • Customer Cancellation (Within 24 Hours): Full amount will be charged.
  • Customers are allowed to cancel before 24 hours of trip start time under above conditions.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 15 working days.

6. No-Show Policy

  • Driver No-Show → Full refund or replacement driver.
  • Customer No-Show → Full amount charged.

7. Platform Role

  • BidtoRide connects customers with independent drivers.
  • Drivers are responsible for safety and trip completion.
